Digital Camcorder
I am looking to get a camcorder to make movies for several school projects, and I am looking for a dirt cheap one. I don't really care about quality/brand name, but it does need to be able to capture several minutes worth of video so that I can then take it home to put it onto my computer to edit. My question is, what type of memory should I be looking for, and what camcorder would you guys recommend?

Re: Digital Camcorder
Well I recently purchased a new camera for a similar reason. The cheapest new cams I could find were usualy MiniDV cams. MiniDV is a small tape, and can hold 60-90 minutes of video.
Despite beeing recorded on a tape, its still has a USB and DV port on the camera, to copy anything youve recorded to a computer. Memory card, HD, or DVD type cams usualy cost a little more, though they all store the video on a digital storage, compared to the MiniDV thats just a tape, but once you copy to the computer, that doesnt matter, as you can copy it to a DVD-R from there. This is a great cam for a cheap price --> http://www.simplydv.co.uk/Reviews/pa..._nv-gs27e.html Not sure where you live, so simply linked a review of the cam, you can find it using the model name in local stores or online without any trouble.
