Cry (resolved)Have Not A Clue..

Greetings To All...
My Name is Zandra, I just bought a new mp3 player and I have not a clue on how to work this thing. First of all I have the ipod shuffel on my computer as we speak, am I to take this off, before trying to install this mp3 player? The
instruction book does not tell me much of nothing, I'm about ready to send it back, and just keep the shuffel. The book scares me to death, telling me how they are not going to be responsible for this or that, there is not a company name or phone number that I can contact, this is the first time I ever bought something and had so much trouble trying to find out how to install the darn thing. So if someone can help me I'd be grateful.
Thank You:

Re: Have Not A Clue..

Carsey, this is the same thing that's on my box, I did call tiger direct last night and they gave me the phone number of the power up people, he told me that I did not need to use the cd, to use the player, I think it is just a fake version of the coby, mp3 player that I did some reading on last night because it looks just like mine, the guy from power up seemed to be pretty nice, he told me to call back if I needed any help, and I will, but if you have any info on this player it is greatly needed, and I do thank you for you interest.

Re: Have Not A Clue..

Hi Carsey, just wanted to let you know that I don't have the mp3 player anymore, well to tell the truth, tiger direct sent me another one since I've talked to you last, and I sent both of them back, I'll just wait until I can afford a better one then I will try it again, I just wanted to say thanks again for your interest.

Re: Have Not A Clue..

No problem Zandra. Id choose higher to a more branded name such as sony or phillips. More reliable and come with instructions!!!
