New Nano
My daughter just purchased a new nano and tried to load her tunes from ITunes which she has purchased. The new nano does not appear as a device in ITunes and the screen on the nano always says "Do Not Disconnect". How do we load songs on for the first time?

did you install itunes from the cd that came with the ipod? and did windows see the ipod when you plugged it in? you should of gotten a bubble from the system tray when you plugged it in. where there any errors?
