Help!

Hi,
My sisters old laptop has a problem. The screen flashes on and off and after 2 minuted the screen becomes dark adn you cant see anything.
Her Graphic card is: Radeon Mobility 7500

When i go to device manager, Under display,
Radeon Mobility 7500 is installed however there is something under it that is unknown and has an exclamation mark under it.

Any suggestions?
