need help building a comp

Hey guys this is basically just a which is better question so bear with me. Im building a computer from scratch, and i have all the parts i need except for a video card. Im kinda short on money so i want to know if i should spend what i have($150) and get a Geforce 6600GT or a GeForce 6800XT or just save up for a while longer and get a GeForce 6800GT or save up and get 2 6600s or 6800s and SLI them?

i would save for 6800GT. but if you dont want to, get 6800XT. more mem.

You shouldn't get any of those cards. The newer generation cards are better than those. The best one in your price range is the 7600GT. You can sometimes find good deals on previous generation cards but I'd go with a 7600GT. It's very quick for the money, is fairly cool, and you could add another one for SLI in the future. This page shows lots of video card comparisons.
