Playing VHS tapes on my computer
All: I found a thread from 2003 regarding the above issue, and I'd like to know if there is anything new out there as far as how I can play VHS tapes on my computer. New software? Hardware? the best video card? Anyone got any updates or ideas or plain old help?

Ati
ATI makes video cards that are full video in and out (RCA and S-video); along with cable and TV tuners. I have an older card (All-in-Wonder Radeon 8500) that I use all the time to download training demos to my pc and burn DVD's. I don't know what model number is for a new version of the card I have.
