x1900xtx problem

yesterday i installed my new card, i started to play a game and noticed that i couldnt get above 65fps... i was kinda thinking *** i upped the resolution and i was getting 75fps max, i tried this with other games, and noticed the same thing, i could get higher fps (at times) with my old card, is there anyway i can uncap? my framerate?

My System

Did you try the actual driver controls? I know that with Nvidia they have a thing in their display manager that you can up the performance of the card from quality to performance. I'm not sure about ATI but you may wanna go into the Catalyst and check out the settings and see if you can up it.

to tell you the truth i dont belive that would make any diff at all, i tried ajusting the settings in game rangeing form super low quality to super high, and still a constant 65 or 75 fps (depending on the res i was using)
