If it's this motherboard then it should accept an AGP FX5500 just fine. You may have to fiddle with the AGP latch to fit it in. Or it could be the motherboard alignment in the case is off a tiny bit so things won't line up properly. With the last machine I built, I had to chop a piece off the video card back plate with tin snips because the damn metal tab which sticks downward wouldn't fit into the little slot in the case. You'll just have to get in there with a bright light and see what's stopping it from fitting.

Some of the latches flip up some slide in.
Try sliding the latch away from the end
of the slot.

OOOKKKAAAYYY... The next guy who makes fun of pinball is gonna get it. :poundon: For you young punks who don't recognize real games when you see 'em: pinball is from a day when men were men, women were women, and games had big steel balls rolling around. You can keep your rap music and gameboys. I'll take real entertainment like music with notes in it and pinball, anyday. Harumph!

not knocking the pinball, uncle! I've spent many-a-hours playing it. As for the whole rap music and gameboys thing.....never had a gameboy...I don't like handhelds and who even listens to rap anymore? heh!

I still dink around with games like solitare and pinball here at work. There is also this great time killer game called "Slay" that I d/led a freeware version of. This guy has a website full of these games and they are great mindless fun! He develops them himself and they are simple and fun. I'll post a link if I can find it again!
