Asus Geforce 6200 GE
Howdy all,
I've recently purchased the Asus Geforce 6200 GE (Pci express version). The Card runs fine and then at random times just throws me a bsod and reboots the pc. I have taken the thing back to the retailer and theyve exhanged it for a new one, but still the same happens. Ive flashed my bios to the latest available version, enabling some of the extra options to deactivate my onboard vga (thought it might be a conflict between the 2 cards) but no luck. The PCI-E slot runs at 16x if i remember correctly. was thinking maybe the card cant handle the speed?! im still new at pci-e thing. .Hope i do make sense. Thank in advance for any feedback System Spec: Gigabyte 939 board with Nforce 4 chipset (cant remember the model nr atm) Amd 64 3200+ cpu Asus Geforce EN6200GE Pci-e Kingmax DDR400 256mb x2 |
