TV Box

Hi there!
I bought a TV/Capture Box, seller installed and run it on my Notebook
and worked good, but now i have only audio without video(video is like
as picture). I think it's cause for graphic card failure, a freind said me may be chipset is fail. Is it trure?
How can i detect and repair this failure?
My graphic card is (RADEON IGP 345M)

Welcome to TSF

Does the video freeze or not work ONLY when you are using the TV card?
Have you tried reinstalling the graphics drivers? You may find newer drivers at the website for your notebook.

Hello please
The video freeze just i'm using TV card. I've tried reinstall the graphic drivers(and assistance softwares for exmaple DirectX SDK) and seldom worked good and i got TV programs but more times it not work.
