HELP! : Pinnacle TV Card with FX 5500 AGP

Dear All,

I have a Pinnacle PCTV Stereo internal TV Card. The card was running well.
Recently I have bought and installed a MSI FX 5500 (nVidia) AGP.
After that I'm getting no TV output in the TV application.

Please note that my motherboard is Intel 865GBF and it has built-in sound
card and AGP.

The TV card does not give problem with built-in AGP, but it gives with the
FX 5500.

Please help me out!

@ neolithian
Welcome to TSF
Have you tried reinstalling the pinnacle software after installing the nVidia card? You might also try uninstalling the pinnacle card and software , then install the nVidia card and software then reinstall the pinnacle card and software.

You can also try putting the pinnacle card in another PCI slot.

Keep us posted with your progress

Dear "Please",

Thanks for your advice. I tried all the stuffs that u mentioned in ur reply.
nothing worked. A friend of mine said it may be a conflict with internal audio card+TV card+FX5500.

So, I'll try with installing a sound card and will let u know about the progress.
right now I'm using my built-in AGP to watch the TV.

Thanks
