ATI Mobilitiy Radeon 9000 issue

Im having a problem with my video card when i try to play certain games they don't run as well as the others i uninstalled my video card and the game ran fine untill it said that i need to have card that supports direct3d etc etc...after i reinstalled the driver (downloaded) i had a problem at the end of the setup it says "INF Error, video driver not found" i dunno if that is the correct driver that i downloaded but if you can please help me with this i would much appreciate it.

problem with game: when i restart my computer the game loads a black screen then shuts off after the game shuts off i try double click it and nothing happends the mouse cursor shows busy then stops.
