Error screen

I've just finished downloading CS:S, i went to start it and i got this error screen.

" A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

IF this is the first time you've seen this error screen, restart your computer. If this appears agaisnt, follow these steps;

Check to be sure you have adequate disk space. If a driver is identified in the stop message, disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for driver updates. Try changing video adaptors.

Check for BIOS updates, disable caching or shadowing in BIOS.

It's a GeForce 6 6200 256MB, i have 1024MB of RAM

OS: WinXP


It's crashed at your video card driver:nv4_disp.dll,first thing to try is to upgrade the driver.The latest being 81.98.

OS: win 7 32x 64x rtm


in the device manager uninstall the video card
reboot tapping f8 and choose vga mode
when windows finishes reinstalling the card
disable a/virus
install your drivers
reboot the computer
