Radeon X700 "signal range" question

Hi
I got myself a radeon X700 video card. But on startup, before you get to "loading windows" screen, I get an error message I've never seen before.

Signal out of range
31.1kHz 49.9Hz

It only stays on for a few seconds before proceeding to the windows loading window. Does the signal out of range mean there is a setting or cable problem and if it might be serious or nothing to worry about.

Thank you
