see strange colors (rainbow kind) on ati video card

Hi, i have finally reformated my computer because of a virus... i got all the drivers .etc but when i goto websites and watch clips, i get wierd colors. Also i always have to zoom in fullscreen to see videos.. but colors are messed up. anyone have an idea to fix this problem.. (had this problem before and it was because of the drivers.. but this time i have got rid of the drivers for the old one and installed in the new one..)

Install new codecs and you'll be good. My friend's PC did the same thing, new codecs got him good again.
