Problems using the tv out option to see movies in my tv...
All right the thing is since a while now i conected the tv to my tv out video card to see movies across my pc dvd and since like 3 weeks i just cant see the subtitles on my tv, but in my pc i can see them...for example, look at the pictures...
img.photobucket.com/al...l/sub1.jpg this is what i see in my tv img.photobucket.com/al...l/sub2.jpg this is what i see on my pc i dont know what happened...it used to work. but know it doesnt... i use 2 players...BS PLAYER PRO and MICRO DVD PLAYER, i have the DIVX codec installed and i dont know what to do to fix this problem... thanks |

You'll need to include the full address of the pictures for us to see them, but I have a hunch that this has something to do with hardware overlays...as is often the case with video not being echoed to an output device. Look through the options for a place where you can disable hardware overlays. That should take care of it if all you're seeing is a black box.

That is weird... I would think this would have something to do with DivX, not the player, since it's the codec that handles the subtitle files. Are there any settings in DivX that may have gotten changed?
