Apple LCD on PC ?

I'm thinking of buying an "APPLE 23 INCH CINEMA HD LCD DISPLAY" off e-bay to run on my PC. I have an ATI 8500LE 128mb with DVI out. Will it work or am I waisting my money?

Why wouldn't it work? The Apple cinema displays are great and look great too. I think they are a bit pricy, but if you can afford it the quality is outstanding. As long as you have DVI out I don't see why it wouldn't work. The only problem I could perceive would be with certain options it comes with. I bought an apple mighty mouse (for my Windows pc) under the impression that i could scroll left and right, but the people at apple didn't tell me you have to have Mac OS X to use that funtion. I'm not sure if the Cinema displays have options other monitors don't, but talk to a Mac geek just to be sure.
