6600 GT Black/Green Pixils, almost like missing Textures appearing

Please help!
I have posted earlier on this forum this same issue but unfortunatly It hasn't been resolved.
Lately all the high end games like Serious Sam 2, Black and white 2 and X3 have been giving me problems, and even games like world of warcraft, counter-strike source occasionally get this problem now as well..
Basically what it is... is the game runs fine for a while, about 2 minutes, then suddenly Textures start to flicker and disaper, or turn black on all 3d objects in game, eventually it gets so bad it looks like someone is randomly placing missing textures throughout my games. A Prime Example is this screenshot here from X3, note: it is not the games fault, all games are doing this now.

My Pc Specs are

3.4 ghz Pentium 4
6600 gt 128 meg
1 gig ddr2 ram

My specs are not In my opinion outdated so im not sure why my 3d card is doing this but regardless it is so annoying now Im thinnking if of just throwing this pc out the window and forking out $3000 for a new one.

The Temp of card usually is 60 degrees and goes to about 80 while gaming which I've been told is pretty normal ( Degrees Celcius )

I cannot take a screenshot with this glitch as whenever I take a screenshot my Pc automatically fixes it up, but im going to try draw what happens in photoshop to best represent it

These glitchs happen after about 5 mins of game play and once there will not go away unless I alt tab for a few mins, Im begining to think its a heat issue but it shouldn't happen Period... this 3d card is less than 12 months old
They just flicker and bounce around the 3d models on the screen, I am wondering if perhaps its a power supply problem..

Yes all Graphics are updated, Chipset, direct x ect, Pc has been blown out with an air compressor.

Just took my Pc into the Garage and Air compressed it but its still doing the same thing, I have also rebuilt it many times and still the same issue.
I noticed another person with this issue at a lan a while ago, he was getting green textures jumping around on Serious Sam 2.
I have checked all cables and there is no sign of overheating or burning.
Also if its any help im using a 400 watt powersupply.

Screenshots of my Card.

This error has only started recently, I am stumped on what it might be..

-------------------------------------------------------------------

Would it be possible that its the LCD monitor im using? I was using an Old CRT before this issue happened and recently I borrowed an LCD monitor from my Dad, sometimes it flickers pink ( Bad colouring ) would that be the issue, perhaps the Htz in the monitor is not fast enough for pro gaming? ( that would explain why I cant take screenshots of this glitch )

-----------------------------------------------------------------

*edit*
got a screenshot of the glitch, when I press the screenshot button they mostly disaper but I managed to catch one

From that screenshot they dont look annoying, but multiply it by 100 and make them flicker and jump around and you have my issue

Seems to be a software problem, turned off all effects and it disapered, I suspect its my 3d cards lack of perhaps what is a new feature in high performance gaming, still i would be interesting to figure it out one day

80C is to high. What is the fan arrangement in your case? How many, locations and direction of flow. You might try running the case open with a room fan blowing in to it see if it stays cool, if it still heats up you need to look at the cooling on the card.
