Geforce FX 5200 driving me nuts

How do I enable it so I can see both my desktop on my monitor and through the s-video port.

Basically here is my problem I have a surround sound system hooked up to an rf converter hooked up to my tv. My surround sound system has a front vcr2/camcorder input jack with and svideo. I am trying to be able to watch a dvd that I have in my computer to watch it on the tv all cables are connected yet the s-video acts like there is no video signal going through it. I tried clone desktop and even sending the application to the tv nothing brings a picture on the tv.
