ATI 9000pro Problems afer latest driver install
Recently, I have used my ATI 9000pro card for the usual stuff, but i purchased a game(age of empiers III) and i figured since it is so demanding, that i upgrade the graphics card driver.
Well i went to the ATI site and downloaded the updated driver package and installed it. Well after a few boots, my computer "NO longer responds to the driver command" (or something along those lines it says) I tried to roll back the driver, and uninstall the updated one. And i reinstalled the original one that came with the CD. But is seems to STILL keep doing it before. Also if it manages to boot into windows without it messing up, All the graphics are delayed and it looks like the processor on the card is running SLOW. I dont understand what to do now, i uninstalled the new driver, rolled back to the original and it STILL does this problem. I just hope it didnt permantly damage the card and its settings. Because before i updated it, it worked fine without any problems what so ever. Also i have more then enough supporting components and specs to run the card. any ideas? Imput? Thanks!
