Thumbs Down Gainward Tech Support

Am I the last to know, or has Gainward gone bye-bye for US Tech Support..emails to US/tw come back undeliverable..(510)252-1118/(408)942-2898 are blind alleys (disconnected)..German site is still up but less than responsive to US "Help Calls"..ZipZoomFly is still there (buyer beware)..why are they still pointing me to "Gainward USA" and still selling un-supported product..Assistance Required..!!

Has anyone from the US successfully contacted Gainward for tech support in the last two weeks..... Would also like to hear from members who feel like myself that being "hung out to dry" after and purchasing Gainward video products that are now fully un-supported is a situation that must be rectified.
