OC'ing XFX 6600GT AGP

Currently i'm running my card on standard setting speeds. Nvidia ulitity defaults it at 300MHz/1.00GHz. I'm looking on newegg for a fan to add to my case, hopefully one with really good air output. I'm new to OC'ing and I was wondering the best method to go about doing it right.

Thanks. I just purchased a ThermalTake 90mm fan for my rig with an average air flow of 56CFM. Do you think I could OC my card fairly high?
