Weird Noises

About a week ago I started hearing some weird noises coming from my PC. It sounds kind of like the noise hard drives sometimes make when they are accessing information.

I took of the side panel and tried to figure out where the sound is coming from. It seemed to be coming from the lower left corner, kind of where my graphics and sound cards are located.

My graphics card is a Radeon 9800XT. Could this be a fan noise where I just need to clean it out? I havent really noticed any other problems so I am hesitant to do something that could potentially make things worse.

Take some canned air and clean out the cooling fan on the video card. If this does not fix it, the fan or card may need to be replaced.
