No Video Signal
I have a computer that sat around without use for about a year. When I went to turn it on, there was no video signal. I replaced the AGP video card with a new one, still no signal. I replaced the motherboard, tried each of the two video cards, still no signal. I tried using a new PCI video card, still no signal. Is it possible that the CPU or Power supply has gone bad? what could be the cause? And yes, the monitors work on other computers.

You could try another PSU ant you could also pull the motherboard out and assemble it outside the case to see if there maybe a shorting problem. Make sure you assemble it on something non conductive, cardboard works good.
