PCI express card not initially displaying

Ok so I have just bought this card, to go in this board.

I've put it in the slot and everything and hooked up the monitors and it doesn't work.

I have changed my Bios settings in init display to PEG2, PCI, Onboard, nothing works. My graphics card won't initially display anything through startup.

Can anyone tell me why?

Any help would be much appreciated

Sounds like an IRQ conflict. Remove all expansion cards except the Video card and start it up.

Have you plugged the pci-e power lead into the card?

The card doesn't require a power lead.
