So they tell me it works..

I wake up one day and my graphics card has stopped working, switch the pc on and the screen is left blank. I think 'Well this must be a hardware problem, maybe its the slot?!' So I try my other graphics card in the same slot, it works.

So I send away my card back to Aria to be replaced/fixed whatever. They tell me it works fine, completed a 'stress test' and that they will be sending it back.

Mmm ok.. so I get it back and yes you guessed it, still doesn't work. The card is a Radeon 9550.

Thoughts?

Is it agp based or pci based?

I wish there were a forum here where you could give company ratings based on experience with the said companies. You could give your stories and a rating as to what you got from this company overall in terms of customer care, product quality and all the other important things.

I WOULD GIVE ARIA 3/10 FOR BEING THE MOST UTTERLY USELESS AND UNCARING PIECE OF **** COMPANY I'VE HAD THE MISFORTUNE TO DEAL WITH IN MY 7 YEARS OF BUILDING COMPUTERS. THEY SEND SECONDS OUT AS NEW, THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT, THEIR PRODUCTS ARE RUBBISH AND THEIR TIGHTER THAN A GNATS EAR FOR REFUNDS AND CREDIT.

The moral of the story? Don't use aria for anything...
