Question, With long distance Video will....

Will a better Video card make the transmission between the USA and over seas better? OR is it that I would need high speed cable?

Why I'm asking is that I'm watching video's that are from over seas and they are choppy, How would I be able to get the transmission in real time?

Todays processors are easily capable of software rendering video images that would mean you could watch a webcam sized stream without a graphics card and it would be fine. You have it right in thinking that to speed that up, and make it less laggy, you need a faster internet connection.

Thanks my friend for the info.

I kind of figured that DSL was not going to be 100% accommodating in an over seas steady video stream. Am I right into thinking that round cable will do the job?
