Problem with my ATI 7500 AIW TV

I have just moved back from US to Singapore and have just finish setting up my computer which I have gotten it from US.

I have just connected the analog cable to my AIW and was about to set the TV setting only to realise that my card does allow me to choose Singapore under "Cable Standard" as Singapore is not listed in it.

I try to find the email for ATI customer support but all I can find is telephone support.

Anyway I can add Singapore into my "Cable Standard"? I know the cable, the ATI card, the signal is working as I can see a very fuzzy images on a few channels which are broadcast in Singapore.
