in the device manager uninstall the card
reboot tapping f8 and select vga mode
when windows finishes reinstalling the card
disable a/virus
install your drivers
reboot the computer
you might like to check for updated drivers before you start

if you have a via chipset reinstall the 4 in 1 drivers and run the driver install again by the same method

have a look at the back of your manual where it describes what is on the setup disk and see if it mentions the via 4 in 1 driver
or post what m/b you are using and i will look it up
