Okay, heres my specs:
Asus P5GDC Deluxe Motherboard Pentium 3.2E ( OEM heatsync ) Vantec 520watt Stealth PowerSuply Corsair 2.0GB DDR Seagate 200.0GB Hardrive ATI Radion X850 XT 256mb DDR3VidRam(PCIe) Windows XP Pro SP2 Soundblaster Audigy ZS Gamer -------------------- ( let me know if you want to know somthing else in order to help ) -------------------- Here the problem: Even with these components...I run World of Warcraft with somthing like 15FPS...if i turn everything down to lowest i get around 50somthing(vysnc off) This has gotten me very frustrated...I put out the money for the parts and they're not performing to par, im sure it some hardware settings somwhere...I was looking around in the bios for an equilivent to AGP Aperature, but I didnt find anything for PCI-Express... Anyone here able to lend a hand to a fellow gamming enthusiest? if you didnt try this yet, try changing the driver version of your videocard drivers? what version of videocard drivers are you running?
before you uninstall your current videocard drivers though check out www.majorgeeks.com and download "driver cleaner" and follow the instructions that come with it in how to properly uninstall your current videocard drivers. good luck |
