missing codec fourcc bw10

hi guys,
any idea how to resolve this problem. while trying to view a movie clip with extension avi format, and this error appears..hope to seek for a reply tnx

More than likely you are getting that error because you need to install a particular codec:

dont seems to be working after installing the codec..it still prompt with that error regardless i use wat type of players...any particular site to download this particular codec?
