What are the ampere rating of your PSU (located on the side label)? Is your DirectX up to date? 9.0c is the latest incarnation.

You can try the "standard drill":

1) uninstall your display drivers, run DriverCleaner, and then download new drivers and install them (instructions here)
2) install the latest motherboard chipset drivers to make sure your AGP driver is the "latest and greatest" (instructions here)
3) slow down your AGP slot and disable fast writes in case your AGP slot is unstable (instructions here)
4) underclock your 5700LE with CoolBits to see if you have an overheating problem or weak GPU or video RAM (instructions here)

Please post your results in case any of these fix the problem.
