Weird Monitor display problem

Hi guys,
I am facing a very weird problem.

I moved my desktop from one house to another in the same building
and now my monitor display refuses to turn on.It only turns on in the "safe mode".

When I boot into "normal mode" , after the status indicator of booting of Windows XP,the monitor turns off (amber light indicating off/powersaving mode on its own) just before the login screen.

Can somebody plz enlighten me about this issue.??
Config : AMD 2400+ , Asus KV7-400 , 512MB , 80GB, 17" LG Syncmaster, 128MB NVidia Geforce 4AGP Card

one more small issue is that I changed the jumper settings on my motherboard to set CPU external frequency from 100Mhz (default) to 200Mhz( Max possible) and hence my processor now works at 2Ghz instead of 1Ghz as earlier.
However since it is a 2400+ , is there anyway that I can tweak it further or is 2Ghz the max. I dont see any option for speed multiplier (it seems to be 10X) , only the jumper settings for CPU external frequency is available on motherboard and I have set it at max -> 200Mhz
The bios fields for processor speed and external frequency clock is grayed out and readonly.

Thanks a ton in advance
Cheers

the video card may have moved a fraction when you moved it,it does'nt take much
reseat the card
in the device manager uninstall the card
reboot tapping f8
choose vga mode
when windows finishes reininstalling the card
disable a/virus
install your drivers
reboot the computer

i think the problem is that your overclocking your AMD 2400+ too damn much. the default FSB speed of the 2400+ is 133mhz, not 200mhz.

go into the bios again and change the FSB speed to 133mhz, and also change the multiplier to 15x. the AMD 2400+ supports 266mhz total(133mhz x 2). now, the FSB you set it at(200mhz), means that its running at 400mhz total and i bet that cpu cant handle it.
