(not resolved) Problems with Geforce 6600
Hi, i'm new to this board and i'm hoping some of you might be able to help me.
I recently purchased a Chaintech SK8T800 motherboard along with an Athlon64 3000+ cpu. I also have a Geforce 6600 AGP 8x video card. Since the installation of all of this hardware I have done a fresh install of Windows XP and the drivers that came with the hardware. For some reason my comp. will freeze up after closing games out or running just about any directx application. I have a 450 watt power supply also..... Any Ideas? So it never happens when the card is under heavy stress (playing games, benchmarking) - only at the point when you exit a game ?
