Hey guys,
The other day I had an Antec PSU go out on me. It made about 2 big surges. Now I have a new 600w RoseWill PSU I have it all hooked up and turned it on and all the fans turned on and all the drives spun up. The thinking lights on the front stay on for30 seconds then go off. Nothing comes up ono the monitor and the light just stays orange. I have tried taking the graphics card out and using the on board graphics, that didn't work. So then I tried taking the battery out for 10min. Still nothing but a yellow light. Whats Worng Thanks

Re: Problem With Geforce 7600 gs
You should try this.. How to Bench Test Your System
What happens in some cases when a power supply goes, it takes the mobo with it.. If your sure the new psu is connected properly try this. Take all ram out of machine, try to boot,, if you hear no beeps at all I would pronounce the mobo d.o.a.

Re: Problem With Geforce 7600 gs
Im not a big amd user, so I cannot comment on the mobo. Although
Asus is a very good brand, maybe pricey, Ive had good luck with gigabyte, boards. So your onboard speaker or case speaker has worked in the past, correct? If yes, board is probably dead..
