GPU in for RMA

Hi,

Apologies, I cannot find a suitable area for this post - this is as near as I can find.

I've recently asked BFGTech support for an e-mail address to make a complaint about an RMA.

I was given the address: rma_escalations@bfgtech.com

I've tried this several time but my e-mails keep bouncing back. Could someone confirm what this address should be please?

Cheers

Re: GPU in for RMA

Some more info:

The card in question is a BFG 8800GT OC2. Recently the card died so I contacted BFG for a replacement under warranty.

This has been honoured so I've returned the card in question. My issue, however, is with the time this is taking. Basically, my replacement card has not been shipped as the warehouse has closed for a week in order to stocktake. It now looks as though it will take 3 weeks minimum - from raising the issue until expected delivery in order to receive my replacement card.

I've been dealing with BFGTech support and asked them for an e-mail address that I could complain to. The address in my first post was given to me but it is not a valid address. Since then, I've contacted BFGTech support 3 times in order to address this and get the correct e-mail address but have not had a reply in the 2 days since I raised this.

While I applaud BFG for having the conviction in their cards and offering such a superb warranty, it's proving frustrating actually getting a replacement!

Re: GPU in for RMA

I sent an email to the link you provided and it failed.
I have never done any business with BFG because of the stories I have heard that relate to your experience and BFG's support or lack thereof.
I use EVGA almost exclusively for Nvidia chipped GPU's.

Re: GPU in for RMA

Thanks all,

I was under the impression that this was a BFG support forum! Obviously not and I'm not too sure how I landed at that conclusion. I'll blame google!

Cheers
