GTX 260 Covers SATA Ports

As you can see, the SATA ports on my MOBO are right next to my PCI-e slots, and my GTX 260 covers them entire and doesn fit because of it. Will changing to right angle SATA cables fix this? Or will I have to default back to an IDE drive.

Right angle cables should fix it depending on how close the card it to the ports.
