ATI 4870 DVI Spliter?
Yes I have a ATI 4870 with one DVI and one HDMI port. I would like to know if anybody can tell me if I can get a DVI splitter and run two DVI 1920x1080 monitors for my desk top off of the one DVI port and a 1920x1080 47" LCD Monitor/TV off of the HDMI port with sound?
Mac 8 ccore 2.8ghz 8 gig of ram , OSX 10.5.8 |

The 4870 only supports 2 separate monitors. If you get a splitter for the dvi it will only duplicate the same image on both the pc monitors. However you can use a single pc monitor via the dvi and a tv via the hdmi port.
