Re: All Games Crash After 10 minutes of play
I have same problem I have a Dell XPS 630I that has run like a horse since I got it 9 months ago. Then in August I reloaded Crysis which played on my Geforce 8800GT SLI system on the highest settings perfect. After reloading in August it played fine for 10 minutes then crashs to a black screen with audio still running for a few seconds then a loud buzz. Every game I have tried it runs fine then crashs to black screen. Need constructive help. Thanks

Re: All Games Crash After 10 minutes of play
Your graphics card is getting too hot. Clean the dust out your case and graphics card fans using compressed air and see if that doesn't bring temperatures down and solve the problem.

Re: All Games Crash After 10 minutes of play
Could you tell me if applying Arctic 5 is something a novice to such things can perform adequately ? Also could I add another cooling fan to the case would that help also ?

Re: All Games Crash After 10 minutes of play
I would not suggest a novice apply AS5 to their GPU. That's something that takes a bit more experience.
The more fans present the better. Remember, you want airflow to be from front to back and bottom to top.

I would not recommend it either, but it is a valid option. Someone around them might be more knowledgeable about this as well.

Re: All Games Crash After 10 minutes of play
They should both always be running. Sounds like the fan on one of them might have died. Check and see if your computer is still under warranty and see if you can get the card replaced. There are one or two things we could do to try and fix the fan, but they'd void the warranty and aren't sure-fire fixes.
