Actually if you're running the Biostar G31D-M7 you can't use AGP. What's your budget?

EDIT: And what power supply do you have?

The make and model of your Power Supply will be on the label on the unit itself when you remove the side of the case.

@vasim1985

The PSU u have is a local one,u should not run any GPU on that PSU.
Change the PSU,suggest the card u wanna use,I'll suggest the PSU.

Have a look at the label on the power supply to see what you have.
Are you currently using the integrated graphics on your motherboard?
What games are you playing?

Re: Which is best and affordable Graphic Card for me ?

Probably a ATI HD4650 or HD4670 video card and a good quality 550w power supply like the corsair 550VX or Seasonic S12 500w to power it.
See what you can find locally and give us the brands and prices.

Re: Which is best and affordable Graphic Card for me ?

You probably have a low quality PSU right now. Save up when you have around $150 and get these two parts. You can not buy the graphics card before the PSU.

Corsair 550w
$90
after rebate $80

SAPPHIRE 100295HDMI Radeon HD 4670 512MB 128-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Video Card - Retail
$65

Total $155
