Well number one take out the card and do not put it back in until you have a decent power supply to run it. Be quiet is a bad brand in power supplies and 450w is not enough for that card. You need a power supply upward of 650watts at least.

Re: black screen with hd5750 on 1860x1050
The BeQuiet 450W is not only insufficient to run your system, but garbage as well. Horrible voltage stability (+12V rail runs at 12.45V when under load, which is enough to damage your system), and a bad power distribution.
For a 5750 you'll want a Corsair TX650W or similar PSU.

Re: black screen with hd5750 on 1860x1050
hmm im wondering.. the 5750 uses not even 150W and imho there is not a lot additional hardware in my pc consuming that much. the minimum requirements of the ATI are 450W (and thats for a very low end power supply) and imho a bequiet e5 is not the worst powersupply out there.. after all its a low end graphic card and no SLI..
however the corsair looks quiet decent for that pricing sry for my bad english ;) |

Read this:
Power Supply Information and Selection You might get by with a quality 550W unit (Corsair VX550W, SeaSonic S12D 550W, etc.), but we recommend the 650W. The manufacturer will always low-ball the power requirements. And though the BeQuiet is not the worst power supply ever (that award goes to the Huntkey V-Power series and IPower 650), it is definitely not a good power supply.
