[SOLVED] Help regarding Display adapter

Hello,

I recently formatted my computer and now cant seem to change the resoltiuon of my monitor from 4 bit color to 16bit or 256. In the display properties> settings> advanced it doesnt give me any options and just reads "default monitor" and the properties button is unavailable.

I am using a packard Bell imedia x207 machine and have tried downloading the display adaptor drivers from the PB web site but this model is unavailable.
I have attached a report from everest, hope it helps.

Any help with this problem would be very much appreciated guys!

Re: Help regarding Display adapter

You have a Intel D845GVAD2 Mobo. Try looking for the graphics drivers from Intel.
Select your Operating System--Select "Drivers" in the "Select a Download Type" box.

Re: Help regarding Display adapter

Hi,
From the report you are missing other drivers.
I would install the following drivers in the order given:

CHIPSET

VIDEO

Network Controller

Let us know if you have any remaining errors in the Device Manager
