Cry Graphics Card Overheats

My ATI Radeon 2400 Pro keeps overheating when I try to play my games. The average temp is 90C and when my game is up its at 100-106C. Can you please help. Thanks.

what are you running
video card
cpu
m/board
ram
power supply
brand
wattage

check the listings in the bios for voltages and temperatures and post them
have you checked it is clear of dust build up
