Physically, no. That is a ATX (full sized) Mobo. It will block the PCI slot below the PCI-E graphics slot but that shouldn't be a problem.
Be certain you have a quality PSU that will safely handle it combined with the rest of your hardware.

That would be a good combination. 550W is just a hair shy of what I'd prefer (I would move up to the TX650W if I were building it new) but it should work if you upgrade.

you could get by for 2-3 months provided you remove the side cover to your computer box and keep a house fan blowing into the box any time you want to game; that card produces alot of heat ! the higher the heat the more strain you put on a power supply
