issues with evga 8600 gt
ok so i have failed miserably. i have an hp a1700n pavillion (i know terrible pos) running vista 32, 3 gb ram, amd 2.2ghz dualcore and an evga 8600gt which i had working fine over the last year or so. but thanks to those oh so lovely winduuuhhs updates my mouse started flippin out. so in my attempt to fix that, i must have deleted my video drivers because all it does is go through the onboard chipset. now ive tried reinstaaling drivers from the cd, which made it work on first reboot but not second, so i installed drivers from website and same thing, worked on first reboot but not second or there after. so at this point, ive tried resetting the card after reinstalling both drivers a second time and it still goes through the onboard set. went to bios and it is still set for pci-e. im runnin out of ideas here so id greatly appreciate any help yall gots for me.
