Nvidia 8800GT SLI Heat Problems

I have had my Dell XPS 630 with Nvidia 8800GT SLi for a year now. Recently while playing Crysis I have noticed the game after 10 minutes will just shut down to black screen with audio sometimes still running. I have to reboot to get back to desktop. Is this a heat problem? I have Direct X10 and latest Nvidia Drivers.

Tell us what power supply you are running it with, both brand name and wattage.

Also, go in to the bios and tell us what the temps and voltages are.

So I can get my vid card temps from Windows Bios? Ok hanks

What I need is the motherboard and CPU temps and voltages so we can see where your heat is emulating from. The high temps might be coming from something other than the video card, but that can make a video card hot also. Then, be sure to post the power supply watts and brand name.
