Help*Moniter can't read Nvidea GeForce 9500GTsuper card

Hello, I have an issue with my Nvidea GeForce 9500GTsuper card. It seems that when i plug my moniter in my graphics card I get "No Singnal" on my screen. However I proceeded to delete all my nVidea drivers and restart my computer. Still nothing.. I got so upset because it was working just a second ago.

So I then decide to reformat my system. What should i do? Is my graphics card finished?! Please help!

Motherboard
CPU
RAM
Graphics card
Power supply (brand, model, wattage)

If this is a store-bought computer, what is the brand and model?
