Windows XP MCE - Cannot Play Program
I have Windows XP MCE with ATI TV Wonder 650 pci installed. Everything was working fine a week or so ago, but now when I go to watch TV, it comes up with "Cannot Play Program". I've reinstalled the tv tuner with the latest drivers, set mce options and am stuck. I can play videos on it fine. I've tried system restore as well but it gets the blue screen of death after rebooting. "atinavrr.sys" file is the problem file. I undid the restore and it boots fine now, but still cannot watch TV. Any suggestions?

Use a normal tv? lol jk
Try using driver cleaner and remove everything ati, and reinstall them fresh. Also get windows itself updated. If those are no go's depending on your system you could just reinstall the os as well.

Re: Windows XP MCE - Cannot Play Program
I tried driver cleaner and removed everthing ati and reinstalled fresh. Windows is always up-to-date with me. I did a clean reinstall of windows several days ago with the same prob. I also plugged the coaxial cable into my tv to test the signal. It was OK. No errors in device manager as well.
