folder and taskbar and dialog box are become transperant

hi i am facing this problem for a long time but i dint get any anwers so for

my computer after 5 or 6 hours later when i open the my computer and trying
to enter any e drive or f drive iam not able to see the folder icons its scramble and it become blank...after that if i refresh it,after that icons sometimes showing..when i need to delete the file dialog box i have to clik yes button to delete but iam not able to see the button..after that i have to restart the computer to delete the files...

this problem will also accour when i view video files...please help me...

really not able to find that..first i thought that may be heat ....i checkd in the morning when i switch on the computer and view the video files and again the problem accours..it is the display card error or hardisk error or mother board or cpu...please give me the solution..
