System is running but no video

Hi, I've built a new system of the following components,

ASRock x58 Deluxe mb
Intel i7 cpu
seagate 650 psu
6 gig ocz ddr 1600 ram
nvida 8600 gt (no power cord)

When I boot the system, everything is making right sounds, no abnormal beeps or anything. However, there's no video. I'm running svga cable to dell svga input, which is working on the other computer, and when I unplug the svga cable it's starting to show color codes Red, Green Blue, but when I plug it in, it's just black...

I've tried switching between analog and digital channels, no help here. Analog has a marquee scrolling "Analog". As soon as I connect Svga it's just black, but it seems like computer is running and waiting for a command or something like that.

I'm lost, Could someone help me please. I have to have this done by tomorrow morning, or my employees will have my neck. This is suppose to be new server for the office.

Thank you,

Seagate doesn't make power supplies. Did you mean SeaSonic? Or something else? What's the exact model of the PSU?

Try a bench test:

Fried, you mean.

I suggest you take a break, go to sleep, then try the aforementioned bench test in the morning.

Re: System is running but no video

you think it could be cpu pins not connecting property? Tomorrow 8 am I have to have everything ready... it can't be graphic card because graphic card beeps like 6-8 times. So it's got to be memory or cpu??? Am I thinking logically so far? Please help me think this thru...
CPU - maybe
memory - maybe
graphic - no,
I might have to change buy regular memory, ddr3 1066 or 1333 just to put it in, then update BIOS to support ddr3 1800 and try again.

Does that sound good so far?

To me that would indicate a graphics card problem. Try reseating it, or try a different card.
